The problem is the chairs keep ripping and splitting, I did purchase the Platinum Protection Plann and they have been work there butts off to rectify the problem each time I call but that plan will run out soon. I ordered a custom fabric chair in January 2014, and it's now August and I have not received my chair yet. I am hoping they have right chair. Since purchase they have screwed the order twice. Delivery men are always running late, so don't expect a timely delivery. Add comment

Went to R F to purchase a recliner. When it was delivered it was not what I chosen, when I asked for my money back they would not give me a refund. I went to the store and complained to the manager. We purchased a leather Sofa and Love seat. 3 months later LS cushion shifted. Rep.came who stated that there is a separate piece that must have come loose. Cus. Service told us that it is normal wear, we should have checked that it was made in Asia and we should sit on both sides. I work and my wife only sits on it at night. Customers Beware!!! This product starts to fall apart within 12 months of purchase. A technician visited our home 4 times to try to repair the piece for different structural problems. So we brought 2 Quentin Accents chairs that we barely sat on du to the light color when we noticed that in between the arms and the part where your back is against the seams were coming apart. We called and the service rep that came said that it was not repairable, and because we did not have the protection they could not do anything. So I went to the store located in eatontown, new jersey. We really liked this media chest and decided to buy it. call corporate 315 425-2500 ask for Neil Goldberg - he's the CEO and hopefully he'll get on the phone. certainly helped me with their horrible Platinum protection plan - where the only platinum is what you are charged for it - as it's way overpriced and they don't honor their commitments only repeating, as this service makes you post at least 100 words. only repeating, as this service makes you... I never ever write bad reviews but I just had to do this. Raymour and flanigan is the worst ever. I don't know about the quality of the furniture bcos we just received it but their service and delivery is soooooo bad.
