I had the queen size vista bed delivered on Sept 3 2014 to my home. I am scheduled for a c section delivery on Sept 9, 2014. I purchase a leather sofa from the Paramus nj R&F I thought that I had purchase a sturdy piece of furniture after two years the cushion on both sides of the sofa have callasped in and its like sitting in a hole. We were told our furniture would be delivered between the hours of 1pm and 4pm. After waiting at home for the delivery, we finally got a phone call from the truck driver at 6:15pm. The problem is the chairs keep ripping and splitting, I did purchase the Platinum Protection Plann and they have been work there butts off to rectify the problem each time I call but that plan will run out soon. I ordered a custom fabric chair in January 2014, and it's now August and I have not received my chair yet. I am hoping they have right chair. Since purchase they have screwed the order twice. Delivery men are always running late, so don't expect a timely delivery. Add comment

We purchased a leather Sofa and Love seat. 3 months later LS cushion shifted. Rep.came who stated that there is a separate piece that must have come loose. Cus. Customers Beware!!! This product starts to fall apart within 12 months of purchase. A technician visited our home 4 times to try to repair the piece for different structural problems.
