Six days ago I purchased a mattress which on the second day was not satisfied. Could not get rid of the odor and was supposed to be cool gel. The mattress after being on it for about one hour felt like sleeping on a heating pad. The comfort level was good but you sweat all night long. They lied concerning when they be able to deliver my furniture which caused me to have to ultimately cancel my order. I had paid a certain amount the evening prior n the store in CASH so that the order could be delivered the next morn. I spent $11,000 at r&if a few months ago. One of the items we purchased was a sterns and foster mattress and box spring for $1500. We already have a huge dent in the mattress where I sleep. I called and r&f sent out a service tech. I just started filling my new house with furniture and this was the 2nd room. I've bought R&F before lots of times over the past 15 yrs. I had the queen size vista bed delivered on Sept 3 2014 to my home. I am scheduled for a c section delivery on Sept 9, 2014. I purchase a leather sofa from the Paramus nj R&F I thought that I had purchase a sturdy piece of furniture after two years the cushion on both sides of the sofa have callasped in and its like sitting in a hole. The problem is the chairs keep ripping and splitting, I did purchase the Platinum Protection Plann and they have been work there butts off to rectify the problem each time I call but that plan will run out soon. I ordered a custom fabric chair in January 2014, and it's now August and I have not received my chair yet. I am hoping they have right chair. Since purchase they have screwed the order twice. Delivery men are always running late, so don't expect a timely delivery. Add comment
