I ordered two
kids bedroom sets from
Raymour and Flanigan including
mattresses. One of my sons bed had
bed bugs - called the
exterminator to come and exterminator the house and they advise me that i need to remove the
mattress from the
apartment. Called the store
customer service and they told me that I need to keep the
mattress until one of their technicians was able to come out and take pictures so they can get reimbursed for the mattress. I explain to them that I was advised to remove the mattress and I was told if so I will lose out on $700 which I had paid for the mattress. I am completely upset with this since my four year old son was bit repeatedly by these bugs and now they are telling me I need to keep this in my apartment until they are able to look at (which is 2 weeks from today - 7/24). I advise that you all look thoroughly at what you purchase from this store because if you every have any problems they will give you a hard way to go and even lose out on your purchase.

Oh my goodness.. I was looking for bedroom and dinning room furniture and came across this site. I read the Bed Bugs article and was disgusted by the consumers actions. I will never purchase anything from Raymour and Flaningan.
