Raymour Flanigan complaint
I bought over $4000.00 in furniture from Raymour and Flanigan. The sale said no payments/ no interest for 3 yrs. So I went and bought a dining room set and a new coffee table and end tables. The coffee table top was defective. Instead of replacing it the said they had to send out a service person to look at it. That took 3 weeks. All he did was adjust a few hinges and it still wast fixed. He said that just the way it supposed to look. The store would do nothing to replace my furniture. Thats not the worse of it. When I was billed, the statement said no interest for the 1st 3 months only. I took the bill back to Raymour and Flanigan only to be told you signed it you pay for it. It was clearly a bait and switch. I tried to get help from wells fargo the company that Raymour and Flanigan uses and they wouldnt help either. I disputed the account and they in turn ruined my excellent credit. I would never buy anything from Raymour and Flanigan again. All they are is a cheap furniture store with high prices and bad business practices.

More people need to report the experiences that they have had with Raymour & Flanigan to the Better Business Bureau.

Dude, you signed it. What do you expect? I don't love R&F but come on. You got a loan for the furniture and you did not read the what you signed. I got my furniture there and I read what I signed and yes I too had no Interest for as long as the paper that I signed said.
